Concluding the design stage, we begin building your bespoke kitchen according to final drawings. Planning the fabrication is critical in order to achieve not only an appealing kitchen but also an outstanding production process.
With final drawings we are able to ascertain our exact material and hardware required for each design, having said that we make our orders from our timber yards and get to work.
Preparation is key and can be more time consuming then fabrication itself. Firstly, we take our rough cut lumber from our saw mills and plane then and shape them to specific size for our cabinets.We fabricate the carcasses from our robust sheet material, every cut is to the millimetre, every corner is 90 degree as accuracy and precision are paramount.With our sawn lumber prepared, we create our “in frame” furniture, including the doors, panels, cornices skirtings or plinths or any detailed mouldings or paneling.
We piece everything together and assemble all of the internal components like drawers, pull-out units and internal shelving. Any internal staining or lacquering is undergone throughout the process, and painting is left until last.

- 5 piece shaker doors - our doors are made with real wood the traditional way, two rails and two styles with a fixed panel in the middle with a modern mortice and tenon joins for maximum rigidity, we guarantee our joinery and seal it with our approval for 25 years.
- Real wooden kitchen - our real wooden kitchens are both long lasting and elegant with solid wooden core bonded board with thick gauge oak veneer, you could have a stain or simply a lacquered finish that brings out the grain.
- A selection of frames and style of doors and panels to choose from - plain shaker or beaded frame shaker the choice is yours, when matching up to our range of designer doors or panel your kitchen becomes apparent speaking highly of your choice and character your desire.

Our fabrication take approximately 10-12 weeks from placing the order, after which your kitchen will arrive assembles and ready for installation.
